The Perfect Light has served Texas homes and businesses for more than 26 years. We have earned over 2,000 five-star reviews by doing great work and taking care of our customers.
We need a strong leader to run our Christmas-lighting crews.
This job is for someone who takes action, solves problems, and gets work done right. We want a leader—not someone who waits to be told what to do.
Your Mission
Lead from the front, support, train, and develop installation crews.
What You’ll Do
- Receive Full Training and ongoing support for success in this role
- Lead and manage installation crews
- Train and coach installers
- Plan daily job and removal schedules
- Oversee installs, service calls, removals, and storage
- Keep ladders, tools, and equipment ready to use
- Enforce safety, work quality, and dress standards
- Check finished work and ensure standards are met or exceeded
- Handle punch lists, warranty work, and callbacks
- Protect each customer’s home, roof, and yard
- Speak with customers in a kind and professional way
- Report job progress and problems to company leaders
- Assist in material prep and order pulling to set crews up for success

Crew leadership experience in Christmas lighting, construction, roofing, landscaping, electrical work, home services, logistics, or the military is preferred.

Basic Requirements
- Crew lead, field leader, or operations experience
- Strong planning and people skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to work safely on ladders and roofs
- Able to lift and carry ladders, tools, and lighting materials
- Able to work outdoors and during busy holiday hours
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and being on time
