Senior Vice President of Marketing

Position Overview

Centers Health Care is one of the nation's leading providers of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care services, operating a large network of facilities across the Northeast. The Senior Vice President of Marketing will lead the organization's overall marketing strategy for an established multi-site skilled nursing and post-acute care organization. This executive will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, creative services, and marketing analytics while partnering with executive leadership to drive census growth, strengthen brand recognition, and support strategic expansion.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing executive who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution and enjoys building high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals


• Lead all branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across facilities, service lines, and marketing channels


• Oversee digital marketing, including website strategy, SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation


• Direct advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media while maximizing marketing ROI


• Lead creative development for marketing collateral, video, photography, presentations, and promotional materials


• Develop public relations and corporate communications strategies, including reputation and crisis management


• Partner with Business Development and Operations to increase admissions, referrals, and market presence


• Establish marketing KPIs and utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact


• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing internal marketing team while managing external agencies and vendors


• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure responsible allocation of resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field


• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience


• 8+ years in senior marketing leadership


• Healthcare marketing experience, ideally within skilled nursing, post‑acute care, hospitals, senior care, or healthcare services


• Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth


• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing agency relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration)


• Experience with multi‑location healthcare organizations


• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms


• Experience with SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics, and employer branding
