On a typical week, you’ll:Own and grow a book of client accounts through proactive, consultative relationship managementSource, screen, and place qualified candidates against open client requisitionsDevelop new business through referrals, warm outreach, and expanding existing accountsPartner with recruiters and leadership to deliver fast, high-quality staffing solutionsAct as the trusted point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and placed employees alikeWho Thrives HereYou’ll do well in this role if you’re a relationship builder and a self-starter who likes both the hunt and the long-term relationship.
