Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

To support efficient hiring across the organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will identify exceptional talent, build candidate pipelines, and execute sourcing strategies while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities Research talent markets and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods to build and maintain talent pipelines Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations, including recruiting administration and candidate experience management Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring priorities and share market intelligence for improved recruiting outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on engaging passive candidates Experience in recruiting across various functions, with a preference for the Jewelry Industry Strong research skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting candidate outreach and building relationships
