Customer Relations Associate — Training Provided

Learn the business while putting your people skills to work. Our West Palm Beach team is adding a Customer Relations Associate for a full-time, on-site opportunity with training provided.
You will help prospective clients feel heard, keep track of their questions, and organize the next step in an insurance sales conversation. That means reaching out, coordinating appointments, recording useful details, and following up consistently.
We welcome people who have built their experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-facing role. Prior insurance experience is not required to be considered. A thoughtful conversation and dependable follow-through are a good place to start.
Coaching and practice will help you develop product knowledge and become more effective in your client conversations. As you progress in this independent business arrangement, you can work toward greater client responsibility and opportunities to support others on the team.
