Are you interested in leading trainings and driving success within an organization? Then come join the FI$Cal Workforce Development Center as an Associate Accounting Analyst!

As an Associate Accounting Analyst, you’ll help design and deliver impactful training programs that empower FI$Cal system users. You’ll lead instructor-led sessions, create engaging learning materials, and collaborate with business teams, control agencies, and IT partners to ensure users master system functionality and business processes. You’ll also document processes, maintain training standards, and continuously improve delivery methods to keep pace with system enhancements and organizational goals.

Please note that to be list appointed for placement in the Associate Accounting Analyst classification, you must take and pass the examination.

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.
