Pay: $24–$28/hour

Asian Family Market is hiring a Store Admin to support daily administrative operations across our Bellevue, Seattle, Tukwila, and Beaverton locations. This role keeps the back-office running smoothly — from scheduling and paperwork to supporting store management with day-to-day admin needs.

What you'll do:

• Support store management with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related paperwork
• Process and file vendor invoices, receipts, and store documentation
• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Coordinate communication between store locations and the main office
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer/vendor inquiries
• Assist with maintaining store licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
• Help reconcile daily cash/register reports and support basic bookkeeping tasks
• Order office and store supplies as needed

What we're looking for:

• Prior administrative, office, or retail admin experience preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally
• Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is a plus, not required
• Comfortable occasionally traveling between store locations if needed

Asian Family Market 正在为贝尔维尤(Bellevue)、西雅图(Seattle)、图克维拉(Tukwila)及比佛顿(Beaverton)门店招聘一名门店行政助理,负责各门店日常行政事务的支持工作 —— 从排班、文书处理到协助店长处理各类行政需求。

工作内容:

• 协助店长处理排班、考勤记录及薪资相关文书工作
• 处理并归档供应商发票、收据及门店各类文件
• 维护员工档案,协助处理新员工入职文书
• 协调各门店与总部之间的沟通联络
• 处理来电、邮件及一般顾客/供应商咨询
• 协助维护门店营业执照、许可证及合规文件
• 协助核对每日现金/收银报表,支持基础记账工作
• 按需采购办公及门店用品

任职要求:

• 有行政、办公室或零售行政相关经验者优先
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office/Google Workspace(尤其是 Excel/表格)
• 做事有条理,注重细节
• 良好的书面及口头沟通能力
• 能专业地处理敏感/机密信息
• 会中文(普通话/粤语)或越南语者优先,非必需
• 如有需要,能接受偶尔往返各门店
