About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Miami team, covering Latin American Institutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting platform operations, project management, client servicing, and the full lifecycle management of complex financial products.
This position is critical for ensuring the accuracy and smooth operation of our client technology. It requires significant cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work closely with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of services and the successful introduction of new features.

What you'll do

Platform & Product Expertise

• Develop expertise in structured products and derivatives and identify ways our platform can help clients understand and implement them within their portfolios.
• Become a go-to resource on the Luma platform for clients, and assist them to use it effectively to meet their business goals.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer executives, product owners, and implementation teams.
• Understand each client's goals and business requirements to ensure their success on the platform.
• Support Key Account Managers with marketing materials, client account setup, and strategies to grow the client base.

Cross-Functional & Cross-Geography Collaboration

• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback and inform the product roadmap and development strategy.
• Work with internal AI tools to streamline processes and create projects and tasks.

Operations & Reporting

• Perform daily operational tasks and troubleshoot incoming support requests.
• Execute data validation and quality control across client-facing workflows and system components.
• Manage the full reporting lifecycle, including recurring issuance reports for clients and management.
• Track project tickets and timelines, supporting the planning and execution of new product rollouts.
• Maintain sales operations reporting (e.g., P&L tracking, recurring reports).

Sales & Marketing Support

• Contribute to sales and marketing meetings, presenting ideas and supporting timely campaign execution.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Exposure to structured products, annuities, or alternative investments is a plus; willingness to learn is required

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; comfort working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies

• Exceptionally detail-oriented - you catch things others miss and take data accuracy personally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting demos or updates to stakeholders
• A self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities without losing the thread

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Miami)
