Part-Time Vocational Case Manager: Transform Lives Locally

Community Living, Inc.

Community Living, Inc. is seeking a Vocational Case Manager (VCM) to help participants achieve meaningful employment in the Wright City area. This role involves building relationships, coaching, and coordination to support individuals in their employment journeys. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
