Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Mother-Baby Clinical Coordinator
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Mother-Baby Clinical Coordinator to oversee and enhance the quality of postpartum and newborn care. This pivotal role involves managing daily clinical operations, delivering direct patient care, and facilitating smooth transitions from labor and delivery to the mother-baby unit.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily clinical activities to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide hands-on nursing care to mothers and newborns.
- Support safe transitions from labor and delivery to the mother-baby unit.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff to foster professional development.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in maternal and newborn care.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
