Registered Nurse Mother Baby Clinical Coordinator

Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX seeks a Registered Nurse Mother Baby Clinical Coordinator to lead and support care for postpartum mothers and newborns. This role oversees day-to-day unit operations, coordinates staffing, and ensures adherence to evidence-based nursing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The coordinator provides direct patient care, mentors and educates nursing staff, supports patient and family education, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and participates in performance improvement, quality initiatives, and staff development within our patient-centered culture.
