We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.
Pay & Compensation- Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
- Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
- Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
- Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight
- Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
- Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
- Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states
- Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
- Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
- Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
- Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time
- Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available
- Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
- Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
- Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
- SAP Drivers acceptable if step 6 has been completed.
