Role Overview

Wee Care Corp is hiring a Contract Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver delegated speech-language services that align with individualized plans of care. This position supports consistent, measurable communication outcomes by implementing evidence-based interventions with professionalism, safety, and integrity. Key responsibilities include providing direct therapy services under supervision, completing screenings per established procedures, documenting progress clearly and on time, and preparing or modifying therapy activities to keep sessions organized and engaging. Required qualifications/skills: - Licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services - Valid ASHA SLPA certification or completion of an approved SLPA program - Strong written and verbal communication for accurate clinical documentation - Willingness to travel to clients' homes and/or provide teletherapy If you're ready to apply your SLPA training in a service-oriented setting across Goodyear and surrounding cities, we encourage you to apply.

How Your Schedule Runs

Most visits take place after school, in the evenings, and on weekends across Goodyear and nearby communities. You'll start by reviewing upcoming appointments and prior notes, then set up materials so each session begins smoothly. Travel time is used to plan pacing and organize digital resources. Between visits, you'll finalize session records, track goal data, and confirm next steps with the supervising team so care stays consistent.
