Competitive Pay

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

• Provide pediatric speech therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of an SLP
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist
• Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
• Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
• Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient updates and concerns
• Build positive relationships with children and families

Custom Schedule Options

• W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
• Customizable schedules with 8–25 visits per week

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona SLPA license
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work under supervision in a home health setting
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
