Job Description Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Early Intervention & Pediatric Services Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | $38.00-$45.00 per hour | Santa Clarita, CA Support meaningful, family-centered speech and language therapy services that help children build communication, feeding, and social skills while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with California state guidelines. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to create functional, real-life outcomes in natural environments. This role is designed for pediatric SLPAs who are passionate about hands-on therapy, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in home and community-based settings.

Our Approach At Community Autism Services, we believe speech and language therapy is most effective when delivered in a child's natural environment with active caregiver involvement. As an SLPA, you will implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans developed by a supervising, California-licensed SLP. Therapy focuses on functional communication outcomes within daily routines-helping children improve expressive and receptive language, articulation, feeding, and social communication skills while empowering caregivers to carry over strategies outside of sessions. All services are delivered in accordance with California supervision and scope of practice regulations.
