Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention & Pediatric Services

Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | $60.00-$70.00 per hour | Santa Clarita, CA

Total Compensation

Your Clinical Impact

* Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings
* Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs
* Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations
* Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines
* Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies
* Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

* Partner with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts
* Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning
* Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams

* Travel between in-home sessions and/or center-based services

Qualifications

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active California State SLP license
* Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to ethical, family-centered care

Not Ready to Make the Jump-but Know Someone Who Is?

We offer $500 external referral bonuses for SLP referrals and $250 for SLPA referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
