POSITION OVERVIEW Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? In this role, you will support customers in the print and copier industry by responding to inbound inquiries, processing product orders and service requests, updating equipment records, and managing supplies through automated toner replenishment programs. Working closely with teams across the company, you will serve as a communication hub, coordinating timely follow-ups and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Experience in the print, copier, or office technology industry is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and the company portal Ask questions and actively listen to understand customer needs and identify the best solutions Accurately process product orders, enter service requests, and maintain equipment records and customer updates. Manage supply requests and automated toner replenishment programs to help ensure customers have the supplies they need. Provide timely follow-up and take ownership of customer requests through resolution. Collaborate with teams across the company to coordinate service needs, resolve issues, and keep customers informed. Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience, sharing ideas and recommendations with the team. WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience. Strong active listening and communication skills with the ability to understand the customer’s perspective and provide thoughtful solutions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and consistent follow-through. Strong computer skills, with the ability to enter information accurately Skilled in email and MS Office with Excel skills, including ability to comfortably build spreadsheets, sort data, and manage information High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
