The Hilton Charlotte University Place is hiring a Lobby Attendant. The hotel lobby attendant keeps public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, focusing on main entryways, guest areas, and shared amenities.

• Cleaning Public Spaces: Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, wiping down the front registration desk, and removing fingerprints from glass doors.

• Maintaining Restrooms: Cleaning sinks and toilets, mopping floors, and restocking paper products and soap throughout the shift.

• Upkeeping Facilities: Clearing trash, wiping tables, and refreshing supplies in fitness centers, pools, and guest laundry rooms.

• Guest Assistance: Greeting visitors with a polite attitude, answering basic questions about the hotel or local area, and handling minor requests like extra room amenities.

• Reporting Issues: Notifying the maintenance department immediately about broken equipment, safety hazards, or damaged furniture.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for a full shift, bend, and lift up to 30 to 50 pounds of cleaning supplies or equipment.

• Customer Service: A friendly, helpful demeanor and professional appearance since you represent the first point of contact for guests.

• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well independently or alongside a larger housekeeping team.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

PNC Music Pavilion and the Charlotte Motor Speedway are 10 minutes away.
