Responsibilities Prospect for new leads to promote new business Always be appointment ready as our leads are often ready to look at homes right away Attend team meetings at our Murfreesboro office to collaborate with your team Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications A strong work ethic and solid morals Adaptable personality and strong communication skills The ability and perseverance to overcome obstacles Integrity is Must for our agents! A great attitude and love for life!
