Director, IT Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT service desk operations providing hardware and software support
- Oversee infrastructure, communications, and information security activities
- Maintain high-priority incidents and requests during non-standard hours and weekends
- Support IT team operational goals and strategic business technology initiatives
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by IT leadership
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing IT service desk or operations teams
- Expertise in hardware, software, infrastructure, and information security
- Experience supporting business technology programs and IT operational goals
- Ability to manage high-priority incidents and provide on-call support
- Knowledge of communications systems and IT service delivery
