What You'll Do:

• Assist physical therapists in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, massage, and gait/balance training
• Record and report patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
• Support patients through rehabilitation sessions to improve mobility and function
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and patient care protocols

What You Need:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience working in Long Term Care is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with therapeutic exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
