NOC Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Support Administrator (NOC Engineer) will provide 24x7 support for managed database and application infrastructure operations, monitor performance, respond to incidents, and maintain operational procedures. Key responsibilities Monitor application performance and system alerts, responding to incidents and escalating issues as needed Coordinate and administer solutions while participating in customer incidents, providing updates and clear communication Configure and maintain servers at the database and infrastructure level, troubleshooting operational problems proactively Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Experience with GCP and operating in a Linux environment Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and network administration concepts Knowledge of SQL Server and monitoring tools such as ICINGA, Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana Relevant courses and certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are preferred
