Solution Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA, USA. And would be expected to come to office once office opens up.
Relevant experience will be 5+ Years
- Knowledgeable on TMS (Transport Management Systems)
- Communications is super critical
- Will be part of Solutions / Design team.
Responsibilities
- Will understand the requirements from Business and Customers
- Suggest best ways to deliver the solution by working with internal teams
- Though not a technical role, but should have appreciation for what solutions are possible
- Depending on the requirement / ask (Development, Enhancement, Support) will manage the intake for Development team
- Will work with internal teams to provide rough estimates and expected timelines for solution delivery.
- Clear communications will be important aspect.
