IT Business Analyst

Salary: $114,400 - 135,200 per year Requirements:

• We partner with business stakeholders to uncover, clarify, and document detailed business requirements.
• We ask thoughtful follow-up questions to identify underlying needs, dependencies, risks, and potential gaps.
• We translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation for development teams.
• We create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, requirements documents, and related BA deliverables.
• We coordinate requirements and dependencies across multiple development teams and business groups.
• We help stakeholders understand the technical impact of proposed changes.
• We bring technical considerations, tradeoffs, and dependencies into roadmap and prioritization discussions.
• We participate in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• We work effectively within a blended Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
• We collaborate closely with the Project Manager and serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• We contribute ideas and recommendations while supporting an established product roadmap.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contract supporting a large, complex technology initiative in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role with onsite work expected 2–3 days per week in our Nashville location. We are looking for a product-oriented BA who brings strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills and who can help connect business and technical teams while supporting an established roadmap.
