Job Overview

Responsible for encouraging all team members to work together to meet customer quality and schedule requirements. As a member of the team, the team leader facilitates participation from each team member and provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met. This is a 2nd shift opening that has a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

This position requires access to information that is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent residents, persons granted asylee status in the U.S., or persons admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

Essential Functions:

• Assist team members in meeting customer quality and schedule requirements.

• Facilitates participation from team members.

• Provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met.

What your background should look like

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Four or more years of Manufacturing Team Leader assembly or cable experience.

• Leadership skills,

• Good human relation skills,

• Good presentation skills,

• Problem solving skills,

• Organization skills,

• Knowledge of Just‑In‑Time manufacturing techniques.

• Able to perform production line responsibilities

• Good understanding of all assembly or cable tools and equipment

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,100 – 66,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
