Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with buyers and sellers on real transactions while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$125,500 - $198,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales strategies and client management techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain a robust client database to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Utilize company-provided systems to generate leads and track sales activities efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure a seamless transaction experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and a willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to a supportive work environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for lead generation, client management, and sales tracking.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship building with clients.
