Keep operations smooth: Audit, balance, post, and report on transactions from the front desk to food and beverage outlets, resetting registers to ensure operational excellence. Who You Are You have a knack for numbers and a passion for detail. A high school diploma or equivalent experience has prepared you for this role, and while an Accounting background is a plus, it's your keen eye for detail that sets you apart. You're comfortable with technology, from general office equipment to specialized hotel systems and software. Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you're engaging over the phone or face-to-face. And yes, you're ready and able to assist with guest luggage when needed, handling up to 50 pounds.
