Position Summary

Elite Fortune Consulting is seeking a motivated and personable Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This position involves working directly with customers and small business owners through face-to-face sales and marketing interactions, including in-home presentations and other customer-focused engagements.

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs, presenting products and services, answering questions, and helping customers identify solutions that fit their individual needs. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or management.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to learn, comfortable working with people, and excited about building a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Engage customers face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

In-Home Presentations: Conduct professional, personalized in-home presentations to educate customers, answer questions, and present available products and service solutions.

Customer Acquisition: Generate new business through lead-based customer interactions, outreach, follow-up, and face-to-face engagement.

Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer experience objectives.

Product Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of products, services, promotions, and available solutions in order to effectively educate customers.

Customer Experience: Provide professional, personalized customer service throughout the entire sales process while building strong customer relationships.

Needs Assessment: Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions based on each customer's individual situation.

Outreach & Follow-Up: Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain relationships, answer questions, and generate additional business opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, networking events, and professional development activities while working collaboratively with the Elite Fortune Consulting team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a performance-driven environment is preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and conducting in-home presentations
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older

What We Offer

• Compensation: Commission-only. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and commissions earned under the company's commission program.
• Top Performers: Earn between $800–$2,000 weekly
