You'llworkcloselywithourEngineeringManager,DataEngineer,CPOandHeadofPartnerships:theEngineeringManageronbuildprioritiesandarchitecture, theDataEngineeronintegrationdataflows,theCPOonaligningtheAPIroadmapwithbroaderproductstrategy, andtheHeadofPartnershipsforthetechnicalcomponentsofsalespitches. TheidealcandidatehasalreadybeenpartofateamthatbuiltanAPIpartnerecosystemfromscratch.Youknowwhatgoodlookslike,youknowwherethe landminesare,andarepreparedtoownthefunctionhere. Kasheesh operates under sponsor bank oversight as a regulated card program. You'll be building within that compliance framework daily. Card network rules, KYC/AML obligations, and data privacy constraints will shape what you can build, what you can promise partners, and how fast you can move. Experience navigating this environment is required. This role may also be eligible for commission. All full-time employees also receive an equity compensation package. You will be eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including one fully covered option for employees and their dependents.
