Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.
Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.
Reliable attendance and professional image you show up on time, polished, and ready.
Charismatic, high-energy presence extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
Goal-oriented and results-driven you know your numbers and you care about hitting them.
Strong empathy paired with sales drive you read the customer and adjust accordingly.
Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot you resolve, you don't deflect.
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strong plus in South Florida markets.
