About Us:

Lone Star Neurology is an expanding outpatient clinic with 20 locations across North Texas. We are dedicated to providing education and excellence, offering compassionate care and advanced treatments to our patients and their families.

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to join our brand-new clinic. Candidates will be cross-trained in basic front office duties, including patient check-in/check-out and scheduling, as well as EEG technologist responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Friendly attitude towards patients and colleagues
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor both in person and on the phone
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Job Description:

• Basic front office duties
• Rooming patients
• Taking vital signs
• Verifying patient information
• Administering injections
• Assisting with procedures
• Cleaning and preparing patient rooms
• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Scanning and processing documents
