What You'll Do

• Room patients and prepare them for consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Record medical histories, medications, vital signs, and documentation accurately in the EMR.
• Assist physicians during cosmetic and wellness procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions.
• Draw blood, administer injections, and assist with wellness treatments (preferred).
• Coordinate patient care with providers and front office staff.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Help ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from check-in to checkout.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of medical assistant experience.
• Cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness experience is required.
• Strong phlebotomy and injection skills are required.
• Experience with ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, patient-focused demeanor.
