We are looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a full-time outside sales position where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions.

You are not responsible for generating your own leads . Our team handles the marketing and qualification process, allowing you to focus on what you do best — building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

From order processing to post-sale support, our team is here to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and understand their remodeling needs.
• Design customized bath solutions using our software.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and achieve performance goals.
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus.
