What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills and ability to interpret dysrhythmias
• Proficiency in blood product administration, central line management, and feeding tube care
• Experience with patient procedures such as blood draws from peripheral lines and PICC lines
• Ability to utilize Epic electronic charting system effectively
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
• BLS certification required; ACLS and Chemotherapy Certification are preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with Rapid Response Teams and advanced patient monitoring

Nice to Have:

• Hematology-Oncology specialized experience, including management of hematologic malignancies such as Leukemias, Lymphomas, Multiple Myeloma, and transplant procedures
• Experience with CAR-T therapy
• Additional certifications in oncology nursing or critical care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent oncology experience, including stem cell transplants (autologous, allogeneic, syngeneic)
• Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30)
• Ability to handle rotating shifts, including day, night, or a combination, based on departmental needs
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and Chemotherapy certification are advantageous
