What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical and Oncology experience, with strong familiarity in hematology/oncology care
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Skills in blood product administration, line management (PICC, central, peripheral), and feeding tube care
• Ability to utilize computerized charting systems such as EPIC
• Certifications in BLS; ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy certification are preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassionate patient advocacy

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS)
• Experience with autologous, allogeneic, or syngeneic stem cell transplants
• Knowledge of CAR-T therapy procedures
• Fluency in multiple languages or specialized patient education skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Current RN license; prior experience in hematology/oncology preferred
• Experience in a hospital setting with complex medical-surgical and oncology patients

Other Requirements:

• Valid BLS certification; ACLS and Chemotherapy certifications preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a rotating schedule, including days and nights as needed
• Willingness to adhere to all safety, certification, and institutional policies
• Must possess or obtain required state and federal licensure
