Production Assistant

Grand Specialty is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Production Assistant at our facility located in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas. Your general responsibilities in this role will include assisting directly with the manufacturing of our quality products. You will also help organize, clean, and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Additionally, you will assist with pulling necessary items from inventory for manufacture and help with cleaning all areas of the production facility to keep operations running smoothly.

Top candidates for this position will be highly motivated individuals who move quickly and efficiently during production. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside the ability to read, write, and accurately measure both dry and liquid materials. To succeed in this role, you must be able to organize and prioritize your daily tasks effectively while demonstrating a strong ability to multitask under fast-paced conditions.
