Shift Times: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10 Hour Days)
Shift Notes: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10 Hour Days) / Call will be 1 week night a week from 1700-0700 and then 1 weekend every 4 weeks. (40 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend
On Call Requirements: Call will be 1 week night a week from 1700-0700 and then 1 weekend every 4 weeks.
Submission Requirements:
Facility Specific Requirement: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.
