We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to grow with us! What You’ll Be Doing: Be the friendly, professional first voice our customers hear when they call. Answer incoming calls, book appointments, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule maintenance, promote current offers, and help keep our technicians’ schedules full. Help homeowners understand their options by clearly and compassionately explaining our services. Work closely with our service and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Keep detailed, accurate notes and use CRM tools (we use ServiceTitan!) to keep things running smoothly. Be a team player, ready to support your coworkers and contribute to a positive work culture. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of customer service experience (phone experience is a big plus!) A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal A warm, upbeat personality that people trust and enjoy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer savvy Self-motivated and able to stay focused without constant supervision Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, goal-driven environment Who We Are: We’re a locally-owned, faith-led, family-oriented company that’s been serving the tri-state area for decades.
