What You’ll Do

• Serve as core faculty in the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track, mentoring residents and students
• Provide evidence-based, population-centered internal medicine care in a value-based clinic setting
• Lead initiatives to reduce healthcare disparities and improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, and social workers
• Teach residents about social determinants of health, community engagement, and equitable clinical decision-making
• Participate in quality improvement projects, journal clubs, and educational workshops
• Maintain current expertise in internal medicine, health equity, and value-based frameworks
• Support operational excellence by refining clinical practices and standards
• Engage in scholarly activities related to health equity and population health

What You Need

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in internal medicine or related fields
• Strong knowledge of health equity, population health, and value-based care principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and residents
