Front Desk Concierge (Overnight) - Spring Haven Senior Living
Job Summary

Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Concierge to join our team on the overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) .

This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors and plays a key part in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to our mission of providing caring and compassionate service .

This is a part-time position , with hours based on the needs of the business. There may be opportunities to transition into a full-time role as needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor building access and ensure safety and security during overnight hours
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately
• Assist residents with requests or concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication for incoming staff
• Support administrative and light clerical duties as needed
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
• Uphold Spring Haven's mission by delivering caring and compassionate service in every interaction

Schedule & Job Type

• Part-time position (hours based on business needs)
• Overnight shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Flexibility required, including weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional during overnight shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Must successfully pass a drug screening
• Must pass an AHCA Level 2 background check
