Senior Counsel - Labor & Employment Litigation (Remote, Los Angeles Area)

My client, a well-regarded law firm, is adding a Senior Counsel to its growing Labor & Employment practice in California. This is a litigation-heavy role defending employers, with a focus on public entities. You'd be handling discrimination, retaliation, and reasonable accommodation claims under FEHA and federal law, and advising clients on discipline and termination issues. What they're looking for 10+ years of experience, with significant employment litigation on the employer side Public entity experience is a big plus Active California Bar membership in good standing Comfortable running cases on your own and in the courtroom Strong writer and oral advocate Location Los Angeles, CA.
