Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples and families, providing a safe space for open dialogue and conflict resolution.

• Work individually with clients to address personal challenges while considering their familial and relational dynamics.
\n
• Facilitate treatment for diverse issues, including but not limited to: \n

  • Alcohol abuse and dependency
  \n
  • Physical and psychological abuse
  \n
  • Grief and loss
  \n
  • Family conflicts and sibling rivalries
  \n
  • Separation, divorce, and adjustment issues
  \n
  • Mother/daughter conflicts and communication barriers
  \n
  • Job stress and medical concerns
  \n
  • Challenges unique to blended families
  \n

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to refine clinical skills and ensure the highest standards of care.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work primarily with adults, as well as children and adolescents, across a wide array of psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities applicable to couples and family therapy.
