Lead Mitigation Technician

Job Position Description: With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial job sites, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets. They strive to exceed customer expectations by providing world-class service that sets us apart. Responsibilities: Ensure project documentation is provided to office staff and Mitigation Project Manager (work authorization, Certificate of Completion, Dry logs, etc.) Communicate project scope, start, and completion dates with customers and team Obtain and share adjuster contact information with the Mitigation Project Manager Coordinate job requirements with technicians Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation duties Perform demolition and load/unload equipment and supplies Complete work timely and ensure monitoring and dry logs are done daily Maintain clear communication with all parties Leave job sites clean and organized Complete project inspection forms Manage customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment Follow all uniform and policy guidelines Develop production skills and participate in on-call rotations Perform other duties as assigned Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Overtime Ability to Commute: Troy, MI 48084 (Required) Willingness to Travel: 10% (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
