Description: Auto Offer LTC/ SNF work setting NOT accepted. MUST have 1 year of working Acute Care in a hospital setting. Position / Specialty: CNA Acute Care Med Surg Start date: Ratios: 1:10 Years of experience REQ: 1 Special Requirements: Must have Acute Care work exp in the last 3 years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every other Weekend Certs REQ: BLS, IL license Floating REQ: Floating required to other units Open to accommodating block schedule: NO Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: 7 days max
Skills: Acute Care, Assist with ambulation, Assist with feeding patient, Assist with turning and repositioning, Bed shampoo, Change linens (occupied, unoccupied), Complete Bed bath, Pressure Injury Prevention, Foot care, Urine/Stool Incontinence Care, Mouth care, Perineal care male/female, Shave patient, Shower assistance, Skin care, Oxygen tanks, Pulse Oximetry, Donning and removing PPE, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Glucose point of care testing, Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic, Obtain patient Respirations, Obtain pulse (radial), Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic), Abnormal/Normal Vital sign parameters (Adult and Pedi), Safe patient transfers, Reporting change in patient condition, Middle Adult, Older Adult
