Experienced in light industrial staffing sales?
Our client - a nationwide leader in light industrial staffing - is expanding their footprint in the Jacksonville market and needs a hunter-mentality.
Account executive to make it happen. This isn't a lead-fed, wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of role. You'll be out in the territory every day, building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing.
- Hunt and acquire new clients across the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries in the Jacksonville territory.
- Own the full sales cycle - from the first call to signed contract to ongoing account management.
- Build consultative relationships by understanding client workforce challenges and delivering real solutions.
- Execute targeted sales strategies and deliver presentations that convert.
- Travel daily throughout your territory to meet prospects face-to-face and grow your book of business.
- Hit monthly targets and keep leadership in the loop with regular pipeline updates.
What You Need to Bring.
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience - services, not products.
- Proven ability to prospect and close in manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed to perform.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for daily territory travel.
- Light industrial or staffing sales experience is a strong plus - and will move you to the top of the list.
- Existing relationships in the Memphis/Olive Branch manufacturing or logistics space? Even Better.
