Document Runner
We are looking for an organized and dependable Document Runner to join our team! As a Document Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of documents and products throughout our dealership network. You will need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent organizational skills. This is an ideal role for an individual who is reliable and has excellent interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities
- Deliver important documents and products, such as legal papers, business contracts, and parts to the specified location in a timely manner
- Ensure all documents are handled with care and are kept confidential
- Sort and organize documents as needed
- Receive documents for delivery and prepare for transport
- Load and unload documents and parts from vehicles as needed
- Ensure all documents are correctly labeled and routed
- Troubleshoot any delivery issues encountered along the way
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of local area and traffic regulations
- Ability to operate general office equipment such as computers, phones, and fax machines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
