Service Assistant (Groundskeeper)IMT Residential is hiring a Service Assistant (Groundskeeper) for IMT Cool Springs, an 860-unit luxury community in Franklin. The schedule for this role is full time, Monday - Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will maintain the community to ensure pleasant and inviting curb appeal and good working order while providing customer service to your residents.
