Passionate, optimist, open-minded and disruptive, we reimagine the game every day, all together.We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support hiring for the rapidly growing Kings League ecosystem in the US.You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across multiple functions, working closely with internal stakeholders to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing)Headhunt top profiles within sports, entertainment, and tech ecosystemsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines in the US marketWork closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategyEnsure a smooth and premium candidate experienceQualifications:Proven experience in recruitment / headhunting (agency or in-house)Strong exposure to sports, entertainment, media or tech ecosystemsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong sourcing skills and hunter mindsetDiversity & Inclusion commitmentAt Kings League we strongly believe in building an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone can develop their full potential.
