Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Overview Syntrillo is a digital-health startup working on stroke prevention. A large share of strokes trace back to unmanaged hypertension, and we are building telehealth primary care that catches and controls it earlier. We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver that care to patients in Florida and Virginia. This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time (25 to 40 hours per week). The work centers on hypertension and chronic-disease management, including titration, medication management, and lifestyle counseling, delivered over video and asynchronous visits. Qualifications Active, unencumbered NP license in Florida or Virginia. Both preferred; if you hold one, we will support you in getting the second after hire.
