Job Summary

Join a fast-paced surgical services team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse and play a vital role in delivering exceptional perioperative patient care. This opportunity is ideal for experienced OR nurses seeking a collaborative environment that values teamwork, professional growth, and clinical excellence.

Schedule - Full-Time

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Self-Scheduling Available
• Schedule Posted Four Weeks in Advance
• Dedicated Call Team in Place

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $34–$48/hr
• Shift Diff: $4 nights & weekends
• Sign-On: up to $20K
• Relocation: Case by case
• On-Call: No regular call (dedicated call team)

Role Overview

• Scrub & Circulating in fast-paced OR
• Pre-op assessments & patient education
• IV therapy, pre-op meds, surgical site verification
• Participate in time-out, briefing, debriefing
• Respond to surgical emergencies
• Collaborate with surgeons & interdisciplinary team
• Strong documentation & patient monitoring

Requirements

• 1+ year recent OR RN experience (Scrub/Circulate)
• Active RN license
• RN Diploma
• BLS within 30 days
• Comfortable in high-acuity environment
